Wine, Food, Learning, and Fun!
One of the best parts of CWES is coming together each month to explore great wines, enjoy delicious food pairings, and learn directly from the people who know the wines best. Our monthly programs are relaxed, social, and educational—designed for everyone from curious wine enthusiasts to longtime collectors.
Each program features a winery, winemaker, or wine professional who guides us through the evening’s wines while sharing stories about the winery, winemaking, grape varieties, growing regions, and the inspiration behind what’s in your glass. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to taste, compare, ask questions, and discover something new.
And, of course, wine is even better with food! Guests enjoy four thoughtfully prepared food bites from Chef Peter Gallin of Say Ciao! Creative Catering / Columbia River Tap Room and Eatery, each selected to complement the featured wines. Bread is also provided. While the pairings are generous, please keep in mind that they are designed as tasting portions rather than a full dinner.
Most of all, CWES programs are a chance to share a fun evening with fellow wine lovers, meet new people, expand your wine knowledge, and experience wines and wineries you may not otherwise have the opportunity to discover. An optional wine raffle adds a little extra fun—and the chance to take home some great bottles!

Evening Schedule:
Doors open at 6:45 p.m.
Check-in begins at 7:00 p.m.
Welcome wine is poured at 7:15 p.m.
Program begins at 7:30 p.m.
Program concludes at approximately 9:00 p.m.
Please bring two wine glasses for comparative tastings. If you forget, don’t worry—we have extras available.
